Rustam's Boxing is a great place to learn the sport of boxing and get a good cardio workout. Classes are intense, and there is no sitting down or snoozing. You pay as you go, and the boxing club is open 7 days a week and almost 365 days a year. The basic equipment you need to bring on your first day includes boxing gloves, hand wraps, clean gym shoes, and possibly a jump rope.
